Jan 12,  · COVID Support for Adult Educators The Division of Adult Education and Literacy (DAEL) administers adult education and literacy programs that help adults acquire the basic skills they need including reading, writing, math, English language proficiency, and problem-solving to be productive workers, family members, and citizens. Tutors are trained in the Laubach Literacy method, a tested and proven system of teaching phonetic reading. We enjoy a productive partnership with Temple College and other community organizations, with each providing special levels of assistance to the adult learner and the family.
